The person behind Lets Haggle
I design and build Lets Haggle (among other things). I want to help solopreneurs and small businesses like me create subsciption packages that are fair and that work for everyone.
Why this product
Pricing is hard. Creating tiers that keep customers happy while protecting a healthy bottom line is even harder.
Every new feature has to live somewhere, but rigid tiers rarely reflect how customers actually use a product. Someone may be ready to subscribe if they could access one feature from a higher tier, start with fewer seats, or make a smaller initial commitment.
I experienced this while building SearchCrucible.com. There were too many possible use cases, and too many pricing levers, to create a package for every type of customer. As software becomes more flexible, especially with AI products, this problem is becoming increasingly common.
That is why I created LetsHaggle: to remove the friction between fixed pricing and what a customer actually needs. Businesses can consider offers without hiding their prices or forcing people into a sales call, while customers can begin their subscription feeling like they have already had a win.
Both people should understand what changed, what it costs, and what they are accepting.
The product supports a conversation. It does not profile a customer or invent pressure.
The first version solves one narrow problem well and says plainly where it stops.
